BABL’s visit to BABE at the Arnolfini was simply lovely. Thank you to the stranger who escorted me to the centre of Bristol rather than just directing me on a map, and to each and every visitor to the library who shared precious moments of their bank holiday weekend to have a chat and a read with me. In turn, I hope we helped. We were received with such kindness and curiosity on our maiden voyage and more artists donated fantastic new titles to the library while we were dockside. The Arnolfini were super and we’d love to return to Bristol again soon.
